• Day 2: Routine: WHAT to say and do to teach the behavior.
• Day 3: Triggers: WHERE the negative behaviors are coming from.
• Day 4: Replacement: WHAT the replacement behaviors should be.
• Day 5: PRE-Direct: HOW to get a positive outcome.
